PURPLE AND WHITE IRIS ORIGINAL WATERCOLOR PAINTING

A flower's appeal is in its contradictions —
so delicate in form yet strong in fragrance,
so small in size yet big in beauty,
so short in life yet long on effect.

and draws inspiration from the best of the past.

YOUR RIDE, CAROUSEL HORSE WATERCOLOR PAINTING

YOUR RIDE, carousel horse original watercolor painting is from the Looff Carousel in Slater Park, Rhode Island.
Originally located in a carnival called Lee Funland in upstate New York,
It reached its destination in Pawtucket in 1910.   It has a functioning
North Tonawanda Military band organ and hand carved horses.  It is across the street from the Rhode Island Watercolor Society.  (I think the tickets are still .50 a ride.)
