Via Bienvenuti Watercolor Painting

Via Bienvenuti watercolor painting inspired by the Italian architecture and the long shadows of the afternoon.... Reworked this painting to make the shadows more natural... Catching the last rays of the day....

I tried a different technique with this painting today.

Some thoughts on success, from Bob Gass, in his Word for Today:

"Dr. Jonas Salk, who developed the polio vaccine, was attacked continually for his pioneering work in this field. He found that criticism came in three stages. First, they'll tell you, 'It won't work!' Then, when you begin to succeed, they'll say, 'What you're doing really isn't that important!' Finally, after they see that it's important, they'll say, 'We knew you'd do it all along!.'
Just make yourself available to God and let Him show
you what He can do with your life."
